What book are you recommending right now?

Tonight I just had a discussion about 7 1/2 Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle, so... that one.

If your story beast had a form, what would it be?

I imagine myself a bit like the turtle in Avatar: The Last Airbender--the turtle that housed an island on his back. I say that because I am a bit of a turtle myself, but also because I see creativity as a living organism on top of me, creating stories and lives that go so far beyond my own existence.

If you could meet one story character, who would it be and why?

I would want to meet Turtle (Alice Wexler) from The Westing Game by Ellen Raskin because that was my favorite book as a new reader, and Turtle was such an iconic character that I could relate to.
